Markets are the hardest competition on earth, and for fifty years the edge went to whoever had the best people. We think the next edge goes to whoever can run the largest and smartest evolution. Not one strategy, hand-tuned by a quant: tens of thousands of trading genomes per generation, bred against real markets, culled without sentiment, the survivors bred again. Then a hundred thousand. Then a million.
Three curves make this possible now and not before. Compute that doubles and keeps doubling, so every year the same budget buys a larger evolution. Alternative data that has only just become tradeable and that few incumbents have wired into their strategies. And AI that reads that data, senses the market's regime, picks the right strategy for the moment, and runs the research loop itself.
Put them together and you get a machine that gets better on its own schedule, not ours. The library of evolved strategies deepens with every run; the traders it produces are better than the last. That is the play: not a single strategy, but an engine that keeps producing them.

Every trader Bivid runs was born in a fight. Tens of thousands of genomes per generation compete on real market history; the losers are culled, and the winners earn their place only on data they have never seen. What survives is a strategy that could not be killed.
Survivors go into a library, fingerprinted with the conditions they won under. Live, the engine reads the regime and puts the right trader on the field. The engine that back-tests is the engine that trades: same code, same risk layers, same kill switches.
Our strategy is long-only, fully-collateralized, multi-asset and highly focused on capital preservation. Our best genome is currently beating the market benchmark by 7x — but that's just the start of our superperformance.
